Job title: Assembly/Production Operative
Location: Ashford
Pay rate: £12.21
Contract: Ongoing temporary position
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5pm, early finish on a Friday!

Key Responsibilities
Build and assemble electrical units by working from technical drawings, work instructions and guides.
Operate a range of small hand tools and carry out basic soldering as part of the assembly process.
Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality expectations and product specifications.
Work efficiently to achieve daily and weekly production targets.What We're Looking For
Experience with soldering or electrical assembly would be a real advantage.
A background in production, manufacturing, assembly or hands‑on tool use is essential.
