An organised and proactive Office & Logistics Assistant is required to support the delivery of a major nuclear and civil engineering infrastructure project in Whitehaven. This role provides essential administrative and logistical coordination within a highly regulated environment, ensuring project teams operate efficiently while maintaining strict compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements.
This position would suit a highly organised individual with strong administrative or logistics experience who thrives in structured environments. It is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting project teams, coordinating information and maintaining accurate records. Candidates with experience in construction, infrastructure or regulated sectors will particularly excel in this role. A minimum of BPSS security clearance is required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to project management, logistics and site teams.
Maintain accurate records, documentation and trackers in line with project compliance and information security standards.
Coordinate meetings, manage correspondence and assist with document control processes.
Support logistics planning including deliveries, materials tracking and site access coordination.
Assist with compliance documentation, onboarding processes and preparation for audits or inspections.This role comes with an excellent overall package, starting with a salary of £30,000, 8% pension contributions, private medical insurance and 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
