You will lead the F&B team day-to-day, ensuring smooth service, quality food, and excellent guest experiences. Increase sales through upselling, manage stock and hygiene, and step in for the Deputy manager when needed. Leading by example is key and youll have the passion and drive to bring new ideas to the table.
