Our client is a specialist contractor within the construction industry providing an experienced and professional service.
This is an attractive opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join their group. This role is ideal for a school/college leaver/beginner, who is looking to start their career as an office administrator.
Role Purpose
To support the Operations team in any needs they have. Will mostly be uploading data into systems, therefore, important to be proficient on computers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Writing daily Labour emails.
- Creating purchase orders.
- Uploading information into the computer system (EasyBop).
- Generating RAMS for sites.
- Answering phone calls.
