Staffline is recruiting Bakery Operatives in Avonmouth.
The rate of pay is £15.54 per hour.
This role offers full-time hours, approximately 48 hours weekly as per the rota. Working on the following shift patterns: 4 on 4 off - working 2 days, 2 nights on rota, then 4 days off. The hours of work are:
Your Time at Work
As a Bakery Operative you will be responsible for:
- Delivering the best possible production of our products.
- Having a high degree of accuracy, efficiently fulfilling orders.
- Operating and maintaining machinery within the factory as operationally required in accordance with food and health & safety standards and procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the working environment.
- Completing all hygiene documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participating in customer visits and audits as required.
There will be some manual handling included in this role.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have good English and Maths skills. You will have awareness of the importance of health and safety.
It would be beneficial if you have functional IT skills.
Applicants will have a Basic Food Hygiene Certification and experience of working within a food manufacturing environment. Bakery experience and SHE Level 1 Certification are preferred but full training is provided.
