About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support service users across Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive and professional care environment.
Key Responsibilities

Delivering personal care including washing, dressing, and mobility support

Assisting with meals and day‑to‑day living activities

Supporting independence and emotional wellbeing

Monitoring and recording observations (where required)

Maintaining accurate care notes and reports

Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

Promoting dignity, respect, and person‑centred care
Requirements
-
Previous experience as an HCA or Support Worker (preferred)

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to high‑quality care
-
Right to work in the UK

Good communication skills
-
Flexible to work days, nights, and/or weekends
-
DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
