A friendly well-established accountancy practice in Harrow on the Hill is looking for an Administrator / Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office.
The role would suit someone with experience in customer service, reception, or general office administration who enjoys working in a busy office environment. No accountancy practice experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities of Administrator/Office Administrator
Answering and forwarding incoming calls and dealing with client inquiries
Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Preparing client correspondence and cover letters
Scanning, filing, and organizing documents
Following up with clients for accounts information and documents
Contacting HMRC and Companies House for general inquiries
Assisting with client onboarding administration and client documentation
Monitoring office supplies and statutory
Greeting visitors and clients when required
General administrative and office support duties
Skills and Experience needed for Administrator/Office Administrator
Experience in customer service, receptionist or administrative roles
Strong organisation and communication skills
Good attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
This would suit someone who has worked within customer service or reception who is now looking to progress to an Office Administrator/Administrator
