We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a leading chilled food production company as a Trainee Process Operator in Tewkesbury. Key Responsibilities:
Safely intake, control, and process products in a hygienic environment
Prepare and operate machinery, including CIP equipment, in line with company standards and food safety legislation
Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards while maintaining clear communication across teams
Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and ensure efficient workflow
