A rare and exciting opportunity has opened up with one of our clients who are looking to hire a Part-Time Accounts Administrator for a legal firm. The role will be 20 hours per week and they are offering the flexibility on how these hours could look.
Supporting the accounts team, the role offers a chance to play a key role within the businesses function. Day to day activities include:

Manage the day to day legal cashiering duties

Processing payments and reconciling accounts

Working closely with the fee earning team

Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Applicants will need to be eligible to work in the UK and have proven experience working in a law firm or a similar environment carrying out legal cashiering or legal accounts duties.
Other ideal qualities include:

Experience within a legal firm would be desirable but not essential

Strong Microsoft office experience

Highly organised with good attention to detail
