Salary: £31,000- £35,000 basic salary + company van + fuel card
Tools and uniform provided
Monday – Friday + some on on call rota when required.

The Role: Maintenance Operative – Liverpool
We’re looking for a hands-on, adaptable Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep of a portfolio of Liverpool properties, ranging from contemporary private rental apartments to busy student residences.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Joinery: Tackling everyday carpentry tasks such as repairing furniture, adjusting or fitting doors, fixing kitchen units, and installing skirting or architraves.
• Plumbing: Responding to routine issues including leaks, blockages, and replacing basic fixtures like taps and showerheads.
• Painting & Decorating: Carrying out quality patch repairs, filling, and full-room redecorations—especially during high turnover periods.
• General Repairs: Completing small tiling jobs, renewing silicone/mastic, and handling simple electrical tasks like changing bulbs or fuses.
• Property Checks: Performing regular safety inspections and escalating any major concerns to the Property Manager.
What We’re Looking For
• Background: At least 5 years’ experience in a maintenance, trades, or handyman role.
• Driving Licence: A full, clean UK licence is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong practical ability across joinery, plumbing, and decorating.
• People Skills: Friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with both students and working professionals.
