Production Operative
Bridgwater | £12.21 - £14.65 per hour | Rotating Shifts | Monday to Friday | Temporary to Permanent
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a manufacturing site in Bridgwater.
Due to the location, you must have your own transport.
Training will take place during the first four weeks on day shifts, paid at £12.21 to £12.71 per hour. After training, you will move onto a rotating shift pattern.
The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm one week and 2 pm - 10 pm the following week, paid at £14.65 per hour.
Key Duties:
Work within a manufacturing and production environment.
Operate machinery and production equipment as required.
Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all work.
Work collaboratively as part of a production team.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to work.
Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to learn with full training provided.
Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
Own transport required due to location.
