We are looking for a reliable and motivated Recycling Operative to join a busy production factory in Severn Beach, Bristol. This temp-to-perm position offers competitive pay, excellent working conditions, and the opportunity for career growth.

14:00 – 22:00

Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Duties
-
Baling and recycling cardboard and plastic
-
Manually sorting and segregating waste into various streams for recycling

Ensuring the working area complies with all Health & Safety regulations

Assisting with general waste management and disposal tasks

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
-
In-date FLT certification (Counterbalance ABA B1 Category) or extensive in-house FLT experience within the last 2-3 years

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Highly organized, proactive, and methodical approach to work

Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility

Physically fit due to the demanding nature of the role
