- Introduce and govern European Compensation & Benefits standards to ensure consistency, compliance and scalability across countries
- Enhance performance-oriented reward mechanisms and related processes (STI, merit increase)
- Develop a job architecture and introduce a group-wide grading approach as the basis for transparent compensation structures, career paths and internal equity
- Conduct analyses and market benchmarking to support compensation decisions and ensure internal pay equity
- Provide expert guidance to national Heads of People &Culture on complex compensation topics

Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on People & Culture, strategy or project management

Experience:
- Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment
- Experience with job architecture, grading systems and compensation benchmarking

Languages: Excellent written and spoken English, German language skills are considered an advantage

Personality: Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a consultative mindset
