Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our well established client.
Job Duties:
Talking with customers about their orders and keeping them updated.
Working with production and transport teams to make sure everything stays on track.
Entering orders, managing paperwork, and keeping things accurate and up to date.
Spotting and solving problems before they become delays.
Building great relationships with our customers and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
Someone with great communication and organisation skills.
A team player who’s comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service, manufacturing, or logistics would be a bonus.
Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
Salary: £30,000 Per Annum.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm.
