Adecco are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to support patients throughout their treatment journey. This opportunity is perfect for someone who prides themselves on delivering excellent service in a patient-focused environment.
Duties:
Handling scripted inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
Managing referrals and assisting patients in booking eye operations
Completing patient pre‑assessment checks
Conducting follow‑up assessments to support aftercare
Data entry, ensuring accurate and timely updates
Handling confidential patient information in line with data protection guidelines
Requirements:
Excellent telephone manner
Strong patience and empathy when speaking with patients
Confident and clear communication skills
Computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple systems
Ability to follow scripts and processes accurately
Reliable, organised, with high attention to detail
Ability to work with confidential data responsibly and securely
Additional Information
Location: Bolton (15-minute walk from Bolton Train Station)
Start Date: 16th March
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8 hours per day between 8am-6pm, 30‑minute lunch break
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Duration: Approx. 2‑month assignment, with potential to extend
