Requirements needed for this Trainee Factory Operative Role:
Qualifications within Engineering or Mechanics at college or university level would be advantageous but not essential
Possess excellent attention to detail and a meticulous way of thinking
Keen and eager to learn and develop within a new role
Previous experience within a facotry or workshop setting is essential This Trainee Factory Operative role will include:
Working with a range of products
Learning the full shot peen process
Operating various machinery
