A friendly, grounded team in the countryside between Tiverton and Wellington is looking for an experienced Customer Orders & Office Administrator to join them. If you enjoy keeping things organised, speaking with customers, and seeing orders through from start to finish, this is a role where you’ll feel right at home.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking customer orders over the phone and by email with accuracy and warmth.
- Processing orders end‑to‑end and making sure every detail is correct.
- Keeping customers updated and ensuring they receive a smooth, reliable service.
- Handling day‑to‑day admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
- Working closely with a small, supportive team who value honesty, humour, and getting the job done well.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in an office environment, ideally in order processing or sales administration.
- Confident speaking with customers and building positive relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping on top of deadlines.
- Someone down‑to‑earth, reliable, and happy working in the office every day.
