We are currently recruiting for a Plumber Multi Trade to work on social housing contracts around the Cannock and Walsall area on a permanent basis
The role will include carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation works in tenants’ homes and void properties within a social housing environment.
Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of domestic plumbing maintenance, including:

Fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing leaks and blockages.

Replacing taps, ball valves, pipework, traps, cisterns, and radiators.

Installing or repairing sinks, baths, showers, toilets, and water heaters
-
Support planned maintenance programs, such as kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.

Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and vacant domestic properties, including:

Fixing leaks and blockages
-
Replacing taps, ball valves, cisterns, and radiators

Repairing or installing hot and cold water systems
-
Bathroom and kitchen plumbing works
-
Carry out first and second fix plumbing on planned refurbishments.

Conduct basic fault-finding and diagnostics.

Ensure all plumbing work complies with water regulations and relevant standards.

Accurately complete job tickets, time sheets, and compliance paperwork.

Operate handheld devices for receiving and updating job information.
-
Deliver high levels of customer care and professionalism in tenants’ homes
