The position is primarily field-based and involves working across multiple locations. Flexibility is essential, as you will provide support where it’s needed most to ensure services run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities
-
Supporting service user assessments, sign-ups, and onboarding
-
Conducting spot checks and quality audits
-
Providing field supervision, mentoring, and support to care staff
-
Delivering or assisting with care packages where required
-
Developing skills in complex care provision with ongoing training
-
Maintaining accurate documentation and communication
-
Ensuring services remain compliant with regulations and internal policies
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Care role
-
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – essential

Willingness to travel across Cornwall and Devon
-
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, medication administration, and person-centred care
-
Excellent staff supervision and people management skills
