Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum
Our client is a leading logistics provider, offering comprehensive fulfilment solutions with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. They are looking for a Team Leader on a temporary to permanent basis in Milton Park.
This position will oversee inventory integrity, as well as resolving service desk tickets created for the operation within the facilities and serve as the main day-to-day operational interface.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review SLA statuses for all orders
- Review Pick Exceptions from previous/current day
- Ensure Inventory Adjustment documentation is completed (as required)
- Ensure ICQA Hold Locations are maintained
- Ensure Location Accuracy 97%
- Inventory Research Support
- Prioritise expedited orders
- Review pick exceptions
- Manage inbound communications via email and chats
- Review the current workload for inbound inventory
- Review labelling status
- Confirm all outbound carrier scans completed
- End of Day process and assurances
- Check productivity levels and provide coaching if necessary
- Walk floor and clean up as necessary
- Submit End of Day report
About You:
Applicants should have excellent leadership and team management skills, and experience working with warehouse operations management. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
