4-Month Temporary Contract (Potential to Become Permanent)
My client is looking for a highly organised and reliable HR & Compliance Administrator to join their team on an initial 4-month temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
This role will support the smooth running of administrative and compliance processes relating to a network of self-employed consultants operating across multiple markets. It would suit someone with previous experience in HR administration, recruitment administration, compliance support or a similar operational admin role.

The Role
You will be responsible for supporting a range of administrative and compliance activities, including managing onboarding processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting internal teams with day-to-day requests.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing incoming emails, messages and requests and directing queries to the appropriate teams

Maintaining and updating internal systems, records and databases

Supporting the onboarding of consultants and associates onto internal systems

Ensuring all required documentation is collected and background checks are completed

Issuing relevant onboarding documentation and agreements

Assisting with the offboarding process when consultants leave

Supporting the administration of CEST assessments and other compliance documentation

Monitoring feedback on consultant applications and flagging any potential concerns

Assisting with annual compliance reviews, including CEST assessments and self-billing agreements

Providing general administrative support across the team
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous experience in an administrative role within HR, recruitment, compliance or operations

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

The ability to handle confidential information with discretion

A proactive and reliable approach to work

Confidence communicating with stakeholders and raising issues when required
