Job Purpose
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience. The role requires a customer‑centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product or service questions, technical issues, and order-related concerns.
Identify and resolve customer complaints by following established procedures.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
Document customer feedback and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Building
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through empathy, understanding, and a positive attitude.
Actively seek opportunities to exceed customer expectations and enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required - a business-related qualification is advantageous.
Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is beneficial.
Flexibility to support administration tasks as required
