Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the MASH Team for the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Greenwich - QSW - MASH Team - £37.52 p/h Umb
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming safeguarding contacts and referrals within a multi-agency setting.
- Undertake thorough information gathering and risk analysis to inform threshold decisions.
- Determine whether cases meet criteria for Early Help, Child in Need, or Child Protection intervention.
- Liaise with partner agencies to ensure coordinated safeguarding responses.
- Provide clear rationale for decisions and maintain accurate case recordings.

Escalate high-risk cases appropriately and ensure timely progression to relevant teams.

£37.52 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
- Social Work England Registration.
- Previous MASH or strong Referral & Assessment experience.

Strong understanding of the Children Act 1989 and safeguarding procedures.
