Working Student Global Brand Communications (m/f/d)
In Germany - Cologne
Join our Global Brand & Communications team in Cologne as a working student for 20 hours per week and support brand-building, executive communications, and coordination across global initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to strengthening our external visibility and ensuring consistency across brand-related activities.
Ideally, you will remain enrolled for at least another 12 months and will be able to accompany us throughout this period.
- You draft and edit concise press releases (e.g., global leadership announcements or office openings) in close collaboration with the team.
- You support the development of CEO messaging and monitor competitor CEO presence.
- You analyze industry trends and conduct competitive research to inform brand and communications activities.
- You support the administration of the Merchandise Order Tool (intranet) and assist with merchandise management, including planning, procurement, distribution, and inventory control.
- You keep the global campaigns library, client repository list, and global fact sheet accurate and up to date in close cooperation with relevant teams.
- You update and oversee internal communication trackers, ensuring reliable documentation and transparency across initiatives.
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, journalism, economics, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in corporate communications, brand positioning, and media relations.
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in communications, marketing, or a related area (e.g., through internships or working student roles).
- You demonstrate excellent written and spoken English skills; German is a plus.
- You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and are able to manage tasks independently.
