About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will assemble and test Vision RT products, including imaging devices, workstations, and power supplies. Your responsibilities include electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, in-process testing, and completing all production documentation to a high standard. You’ll work from detailed Work Instructions, support continuous improvement, and handle a variety of tasks within the manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and flexibility are essential, and experience in an FDA or ISO 13485 setting is desirable.
Key responsibilities will include
- Electro-mechanical assembly of Vision RT products including:
- Imaging devices
- Workstations
- Power supplies
- Extruded metal work
- Soldering of components and wires
- In-process production testing
- Work to manufacturing and test Work Instructions
- Follow and complete production related documentation
- Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in Electro-mechanical assembly
- Ability to work from Work Instruction and Test documentation
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Attention to detail
- Have a flexible approach to work and can participate in varying activities within the manufacturing environment
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Have worked in a factory environment
- Experience working as part of a team
- Experience within an FDA and/or ISO 13485 company
