What the Administrator Role Involves
As the school's Administrator in Milton Keynes, you will play a vital part within the finance and admin teams. You will help keep essential systems running smoothly by:
Accurately inputting data across multiple systems
Ensuring payments are processed correctly and on time
Managing the finance inbox and responding to queries promptly
Supporting the Finance Officer with daily administrative tasks
Preparing key paperwork in a timely manner
Maintaining effective communication across the finance, admin and senior leadership teams
Providing wider admin support such as organising trips, ordering resources and supporting data reporting
Handling confidential information with complete professionalismWhat You Need to Apply
We are looking for an Administrator who can demonstrate:
Strong IT Skills
Experience with Google Suite, Excel, Word, email and digital calendars.
Excellent Communication
Clear written and verbal communication, with a professional and approachable manner.
High Attention to Detail
Accuracy is essential when handling finance tasks and sensitive information.
Ability to Work Under Pressure
Organised, calm and able to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Confidentiality and Professionalism
You will manage sensitive information daily and must do so responsibly.
Teamwork and Adaptability
A reliable team player who supports colleagues and responds positively to changing needs.
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience in administration, HR, payroll or finance
A-Level education or equivalent
