We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide interim support within a fast‑paced environment. This role is available for an immediate start, covering a transition period as the current postholder is moving on.
Key Responsibilities
Managing busy diaries and coordinating schedules
Organising meetings, travel, and logistics ✈️
Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
Ensuring smooth operations during a period of changeAbout You
Strong PA/EA experience in a fast-moving setting
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
Able to hit the ground running with minimal direction 💪What's on Offer
