Receptionist – Manchester
We are currently recruiting for two Receptionists to join a busy office in Manchester on an ongoing temporary basis. Roles are to start on 16th March 2026.
This role will involve providing professional front-of-house support and ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Answering and routing incoming phone calls

Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner

Managing meeting room bookings and set-ups

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and shipments

Monitoring and ordering office supplies

Arranging catering for meetings and events
Positions Available:
Pay Rate: £13–£14 per hour
Requirements:

Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred

Strong communication and organisational skills

Professional and friendly approach

Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
This is an ongoing temporary role with an immediate start available.
