We are a fast-growing and ambitious new build residential developer based in London, and we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team.
Due to our expanding portfolio and growing Turkish-speaking client base across London, we are particularly keen to hear from Turkish-speaking professionals who can provide outstanding service and build strong relationships within our community.
About the Role
As Customer Service Manager, you will take ownership of the homeowner journey after legal completion, ensuring every buyer receives a first-class aftercare experience.
You will act as the main point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams — resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Your ability to communicate clearly in both Turkish and English will be a strong advantage in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
This is a key leadership role reporting directly to senior management, with real opportunity to influence and improve our customer care strategy as we continue expanding across London.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full customer service process from legal completion to the end of the defects period

Respond to homeowner queries promptly and professionally

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to resolve defects

Conduct home demonstrations and handovers when required

Monitor customer satisfaction and report on KPIs

Ensure compliance with NHBC or equivalent warranty standards

Maintain detailed and accurate service records

Collaborate with Construction, Sales, Technical, and Site teams

Lead and develop a small customer care team
About You

Experience as a Customer Service Manager or Senior Coordinator within a new build developer or housebuilder

Strong knowledge of defects management and warranty obligations (NHBC or similar)

Fluent in Turkish and English (preferred)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Highly organised with strong IT and administrative skills

Ability to manage multiple developments

Calm, professional, and customer-focused approach

Full UK driving licence
