Assistant Team Manager required in Family Help Hubs across Hampshire - Basingston / Eastleigh & Winchester
Job Purpose
To ensure continuity/consistency in delivery of service by supervising staff as delegated by the Team Manager
To retain experienced SW/OT staff in front line positions
To work with complex cases within departmental policies and procedures
To assist Team Manager by contributing to the planning and development of the service within commissioning plans and to assist the management of the workflowRequirements as a Social Worker include:
SWE Registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Drive and have access to a car
Post-qualified experience
