We are looking for enthusiastic Production Operative to start work as part of Willis' expanding friendly team on an ongoing basis.
Must have own car/ transport, or be able to reliably get lifts. There is NO public transport access to the site.
Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Setting up, running, and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth operations.

Production Assembly: Assembling, measuring, and processing raw materials into finished products according to specifications.

Quality Control: Inspecting, testing, and checking products for defects to ensure they meet quality standards.

Packaging & Labeling: Packing finished goods, attaching labels, and preparing products for dispatch.

Maintenance & Safety: Cleaning and maintaining workstations, equipment, and tools, while adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

Reporting & Targets: Tracking production output, recording downtime, and collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.
Production operatives must be able to work in fast-paced environments, requiring physical stamina for standing or lifting, and must be capable of working in shifts.
