We are currently searching for an M+E Engineer with an electrical bias to join our clients Commercial Maintenance team.

Description
Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations as required.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and property standards.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and address any faults.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests within the property portfolio.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with the property team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
Identify opportunities for system improvements and energy efficiency.
Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order and properly stored.Profile
A successful M+E Engineer should have:
Relevant electrical qualifications, such as NVQ or equivalent certifications.
Proven experience in electrical maintenance within the property industry.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.Job Offer
