We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a live residential housing development in the Lincoln area. This is a 2-month ongoing contract with the potential for extension for the right candidate.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring plots are delivered safely, on programme, and to NHBC standards.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Site Manager in running daily site operations

Supervise subcontractors and trades across multiple plots

Monitor progress against programme and maintain build quality

Carry out plot inspections and manage snagging lists

Ensure full compliance with NHBC standards and Building Regulations

Deliver toolbox talks and enforce site health & safety procedures

Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics

Liaise with internal departments and external inspectors
Requirements
