My client is seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to support its expanding Building Surveying team. Working across a wide variety of project types, you’ll gain exposure to all core competencies required for APC progression.

About the role
As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will:

Work alongside your Seniors in supporting across all schemes

Assist in a variety of deliverables, including supporting with project finances and monitoring financial performance

Supporting the identification of new clients and project opportunities
Key Responsibilities
-
Assist with a variety of building surveys including; measured, condition etc
-
Contract administration and project focused work
-
Party walls, dilapidations and other legal aspects
About you, as the successful Assistant Building Surveyor

Hold a Building Surveying degree (BSc or MSc)
-
Ideally 6+ months of APC diary – Not essential
-
Genuine interest and passion, with commitment to learning
-
Have a positive and engaged attitude
