About the Role
A well-established chemical manufacturing company based in Loughborough is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing and blending chemical products in line with company procedures

Transferring finished products into appropriate containers

Labelling and packing products accurately and efficiently

Completing all relevant compliance and production documentation

Adhering strictly to health & safety and quality standards

Supporting other departments during busy periods as required
Candidate Requirements
-
Previous production experience within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable but not essential

Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence preferred

Strong understanding of workplace safety and compliance procedures

Excellent timekeeping and reliability

A positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
