Role Description
Multi Trades Recruitment is seeking a Labourer/Builder with experience in cavity wall insulation for site work with no fixed address. This role requires flexibility, as you will be working on various projects with shifts ranging from 8-12 hours. A van will be provided for travel.
Key Responsibilities:

Working on loft or cavity insulation and maintenance tasks.

Keeping the work van tidy.

Adhering to all site requirements, including PPE and RAMS, as instructed by the supervisor.
Key Requirements:

Full driver’s licence: Confidence in driving vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.

CSCS Both are essential.

Physical Requirements: Comfortable working at heights.

Experience: Previous construction experience preferred.

Qualifications: NVQ in insulation and building treatments preferred but not essential.

Flexibility: Willingness to stay away from home for most contracts (Monday-Friday), with weekends available on an overtime basis.

Personal Attributes: Responsible, enthusiastic, hard-working, open to feedback, and adaptable.
Benefits:
You will be required to stay away for most contracts from Monday to Friday. Weekend work is only on an overtime basis. Contracts can change at a moment's notice, and travel is necessary. Compliance with all site requirements, including PPE and RAMS, is mandatory and non-negotiable.
