Project Engineer / Project Manager – Nurse Call Systems

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality, customer-focused solutions? We are recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturer and technology leader specialising in Nurse Call Systems and Clinical Workflow Solutions for healthcare environments, as well as secure facilities such as prisons and police stations.
With a presence in over 60 countries and more than 4,500 installations worldwide, our client is continuing to expand across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operations team and play a key role in delivering innovative, standards-compliant systems across a national portfolio of projects.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects of varying size and value across the UK. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed scope and quality standards. This is a customer-facing, field-based role involving regular UK travel and occasional EU travel, including overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scoping: Define scope, objectives and deliverables; develop and maintain detailed project schedules.

Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, internal engineers and subcontractors to ensure effective delivery.

Budget & Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and manage financial performance to meet targets.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and senior management, providing clear progress updates.
About You

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Essential Certifications & Requirements:

Valid DBS certificate

Valid CSCS or ECS card

Health & Safety Management qualification

Full clean UK driving licence
-
Willingness to travel extensively (UK & EU)
Experience working with Nurse Call systems would be highly advantageous.
