About the Company
A super successful food services company with a track record of success. They operate across the UK and are known for their quirky, modern take on snacks and their standards of service. Their mission is simple: keep people happy, hydrated, and fuelled throughout their day! Due to growth, they are on the lookout for a Customer Service representative to join their team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Working 8am to 5pm
- Being the point of contact for businesses, building relationships, making new relationships and making sure everything is running smoothly
- Making sure everything looks great, works perfectly, and is stocked with fresh products
- Handling minor repairs and reporting any bigger issues
- Using the system to log your tasks and keep things up to date
What You Will Need to Succeed
- B2B Customer Service experience, within the FMCG/Snacks world
- Ability to pass a DBS check (we'll help with this)
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
