As part of our transformation, we are recruiting a Customer Excellence Agent (all genders) for our Distributor Team in Germany.
You are answering requests of our distributors located in Europe & NMEA in English and German. Your main responsibilities are to follow your portfolio, entering the order in our system to collect invoices, answer all order and delivery related distributor requests.
Position is limited to 1 year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to distributor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process and follow distributor orders and requests accurately and ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment
- Notify distributors about shipment schedules and ensure all related documents are delivered on time and in line with distributor expectations
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to arrange deliveries according to requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to understand needs and ensure product and service alignment
- Serve as a key communication point between distributors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Distribution, Product Management Regulatory affairs and Logistics teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance distributor experience and optimize internal processes
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or chemistry
- 2 years of experience in customer service
- Good understanding of logistics coordination, and order fulfillment processes
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
