Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Accounts Administrator to support our expanding team from our modern office in Fleet. This role will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business currently using a manual accounts system.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities

Processing supplier invoices and payments

Raising and processing sales invoices

Allocating payments received

Preparing and issuing monthly statements

Managing Credit control procedures
-
Ensure all bank transactions are accurately allocated and complete reconciliations

Processing monthly expenses

Handling queries and resolving issues via phone and email

Preparing financial documents for our accountant

Communicating with clients via phone and email
-
Providing general office administrative support as required
Requirements
-
Previous experience in accounts or bookkeeping

Good understanding of accounting principles and practices
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Diligent, proactive and self-motivated with excellent attention to detail

Strong team player with the ability to work independently

Good IT skills, proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Strong organisational and time-management skills
-
Professional and personable communication skills
-
Proficient in written and spoken English
