We’re supporting a welcoming top 10 Hampshire secondary school in Winchester to appoint a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their SEND team from April 2026.
This role gives you hands-on classroom experience while building the confidence and practical skills needed for a future in education.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting students with SEND across year groups
- Working 1:1 and in small groups
- Building positive, consistent relationships
- Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff
You’ll play a key role in helping students grow in confidence and independence.

You’ll need GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
Specialist SEND qualifications aren’t essential. What matters most is your attitude and commitment to helping students succeed.

- Term time only
- Start date - April 16th 2026
- 12-week temp-to-perm
- 8:25am – 2:55pm - Term time only
- Salary: £17,197 – £17,427 (pro rata)
