- Specializing in D365 ERP applications and processes related to Supply Chain and Finance
- Knowledge of Advance Warehouse Management preferred.
- First level support for all support tickets related to ERP and other relevant applications.
- Initial contact with users on all the areas on issues, new requirements etc.
- German specific Software interfaces – Heidler, Anton / Eva, IDL, Advanced Sales tax systems
- EDI support for Germany and UK
- Coordinating with the third-party support as required
- Knowledge of D365 Security
- Power BI – (solid) Knowledge of PBI functionality
- eCommerce support for Germany
- Ability to handle Projects related to D365 and other relevant applications independently
- University degree in information technology Application or comparable education
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Must have experience In Microsoft D365
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
- Good command of German and English both written and verbal
