The Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Civils / Street Lighting Operative, working on installation, maintenance, and repair projects across the Greater London area.
You will support our capital and operational teams to deliver high-quality street lighting, electrical, and associated civils works to the highest standards.
Essential Criteria
Experience & Skills:

Proven experience in street lighting or civils operations.

Skilled in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and street furniture.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair street lighting columns, lanterns, and related electrical equipment.

Electrical Works: Terminate, join, and test cables to ensure safety and optimal performance.

Troubleshooting: Identify faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely.

Civils Works: Assist with minor excavation, groundwork, and reinstatement as part of project delivery.

Inspections: Conduct visual and electrical inspections of street lighting infrastructure and associated works.

Project Support: Provide additional assistance to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
