What You’ll Be Doing
Providing day‑to‑day administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record‑keeping
Acting as a first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
Handling enquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer‑focused approach
Escalating issues when needed and ensuring timely follow‑up
Keeping customer and administrative records up to date in relevant systems

Strong organisational and time‑management skills
Excellent communication, both written and verbal friendly, helpful, and solution‑focused approach
Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving queries
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, email systems, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
A proactive mindset with great attention to detail
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in administration or customer service is an advantage
Basic understanding of office procedures
