We are hiring 4 experienced Production Operatives for a high-precision medical manufacturing site in Lutterworth.
The Role
This is a technical factory role, not a standard warehouse position. You will be responsible for:
Blending powders and operating machinery to produce medical tablets.
Following strict, step-by-step processes where accuracy is non-negotiable.
Consistent manual handling and heavy lifting.
What We Need From You
You must be comfortable in a production environment (machine operation/assembly).
Exceptional literacy, numeracy, and an eye for detail.
You can commit to the afternoon shift and are local to Lutterworth.
