Rate - £12.21 PAYE
Location - Tarmac Building Products Snodland Office, Holborough Rd, Snodland ME6 5PJ
Duration – 3 months contract with potential to go permanent with the client
Hours – Monday-Friday, 40 hours
Your role as a Customer Service Coordinator will involve:
Managing customer enquiries via telephone, online platforms, and email — from initial contact through to final delivery.
Delivering an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring high standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
Accurately completing data entry and processing customer orders in a timely manner.
Collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders to clarify information, share updates, and resolve customer queries effectively.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer account base.
Liaising with Fleet and Capacity Planners to confirm transport and material availability.
Keeping customers informed throughout the process, enabling efficient planning of transport resources to meet commercial demands.
