Warranty Administrator. Bolton. Temp to perm. £26,500 p/a
An opportunity has arisen for a strong Administrator with excellent customer service skills, to join the warranty and service department of a successful Bolton based firm. This is a newly established post where you will have the chance to help develop the role and make it your own over time. Duties will include;

Responding to queries from customers regarding booking in service appointment, warranty coverage and claim updates

Placing orders for parts and identifying if they are chargeable and raising invoices if applicable

Escalating complex customer issues to the relevant Manager

Creating reports and looking for trends and reoccurring faults to put preventative measures in place

Arranging delivery and shipment of parts
To be successful, you will have strong organisational and communication skills, be proficient with MS Word, Outlook and Excel, and be familiar with CRM systems.
