What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling orders and materials. Your responsibilities will include:
Picking and Packing: Carefully pick and pack customer orders to ensure they are accurate and ready for dispatch.
Goods Receipt: Manage the receipt of goods and ensure proper storage in the warehouse.
General Warehouse Tasks: Perform various tasks that keep our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.
Forklift Operation: utilise a forklift for material handling as directed (certification preferred but not essential).
Safety First: Always adhere to health, safety, and environmental procedures, promoting a safe workspace for all.
Who We're Looking For:
We are searching for motivated individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment. If you possess the following skills and attributes, you might be the perfect fit:
Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting (preferred but not essential).
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate.
Ability to follow instructions and understand paperwork.
Proficiency with tape measures and rulers.
A self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands.
A keen attention to detail in all tasks.
