With a team that’s doubled in size in the past 5 years, an expanding customer base both in the UK and overseas, as well as some big new projects in the pipeline, 2026 is looking like an exciting year.
About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated graduate to join our clients Quality team in a hands-on role with real scope to grow. This position is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants more than a box-ticking QA admin job and is keen to develop long-term within food manufacturing.
You’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of Quality Assurance on site, supported by an experienced and highly practical manager, before having the opportunity to progress into Quality, NPD, or even a blend of both.

Key Responsibilities:
Initially, the role will focus on QA administration and site-based quality activities, including:

Carrying out quality checks within production
-
Completing site hygiene audits
-
Sending laboratory samples and reporting results
-
Preparing and typing Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
-
Supporting compliance and documentation processes
-
Communicating professionally with suppliers and customers
As you develop, there will be opportunities to move into areas such as:

Internal and external auditing

Supplier management
-
New Product Development (NPD)

Broader quality and compliance responsibilities
Team & Culture:
You’ll report directly to an experienced manager who is known for their hands-on training and support and you'll be working closely with the production team.
