HOTEL RECEPTIONIST required for our prestigious client a hotel in Canterbury.
The ideal candidate for the role of HOTEL RECEPTIONIST will have hotel reception experience from within a hotel or similar.
Shift work is involved as a Hotel Receptionist working 5 days over a 7-day period, and this includes working a late and early shift and week-ends on a rota basis.
Part-time work may be considered working shift work also.
As a Hotel Receptionist, we are looking for a friendly and professional Reception team member to join our team. As the first point of contact for hotel guests, you will provide a warm welcome, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and respond to guest enquiries both in person and over the phone. The role involves processing payments, ensuring accurate booking information, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and resolving guest queries efficiently and courteously. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The salary for HOTEL RECEPTIONIST is given as competitive / paid hourly. Live out only. Company benefits.
If you live out of the immediate Canterbury area, transport would be desirable to give more flexibility for the required shift work demands of this hands-on role.
